Wilbur Johnson, a traveling carny with unfinished business. Tormented by his past, he spends his days among the innocent, dreaming of the night when they shall all be guitly - and vengeance will be his.

Befriended by Angel (Linnea Quigley) a beautiful and seductive side-show dance., he is led to a powerful sorceress. There, he sells his soul to the devil in exchange for a mask that burns with the fire of hell. A mask capable of inflicting sudden, violent death on all who look into it.

Wilbur's dream is now a nightmare out of control, an evil that can't be stopped. Fate must somehow be reversed. But not until darkness has its final day.
